Welcome to Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to the city. After settling in, we will visit Sukhbaatar Square, the central square of Ulaanbaatar and an important landmark of modern Mongolia. We will then explore the Chinggis Khaan National Museum, where we will learn about Mongolia’s ancient history, the Mongol Empire, traditional culture, and the legacy of Chinggis Khaan. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and relax at the hotel.

After breakfast, we will drive to Gorkhi-Terelj National Park. Our first stop will be the impressive Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex, one of Mongolia’s most iconic landmarks. We will continue into the national park to visit Turtle Rock, a spectacular natural rock formation, and hike to the peaceful Aryabal Meditation Temple, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and forest. In the evening, we will return to our tourist camp and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Terelj.

After breakfast, we will begin our journey toward the Gobi region and visit Baga Gazriin Chuluu, a spectacular area of granite rock formations rising dramatically from the surrounding steppe. We will explore the unusual granite landscapes, walk among the rock formations, and enjoy panoramic views of the vast Mongolian countryside. This remote landscape provides excellent opportunities for photography and experiencing the peaceful beauty of the Mongolian steppe.

After breakfast, we will continue toward Tsagaan Suvarga (White Stupa), one of the most spectacular geological formations in southern Mongolia. The enormous cliffs resemble an ancient city rising from the desert and display layers of colorful rock shaped by millions of years of erosion. We will also visit Del Mountain to see ancient rock paintings and learn about the people who lived in this region thousands of years ago.

After breakfast, we will travel to Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park and explore the spectacular Yol Valley. We will hike through the narrow valley surrounded by dramatic Rocky Mountains. Depending on the season and weather conditions, remnants of ice may be found in the valley. The area is home to diverse wildlife and plants adapted to the harsh Gobi environment, providing excellent opportunities for nature walks and photography.

After breakfast, we will travel to Bayanzag, famous for its spectacular red sandstone cliffs and the discovery of important dinosaur fossils. We will explore the Flaming Cliffs and visit the local Bayanzag Museum to learn more about the area's paleontological discoveries. We will then continue toward Ongi Monastery, a historic Buddhist monastery complex located beside the Ongi River. We will explore the remains of the monastery and learn about its history and significance.

Today, we will discover the spectacular Khongor Sand Dunes, one of the most famous landscapes of the Gobi Desert. The enormous golden dunes stretch across the desert, creating a dramatic contrast with the surrounding mountains and grasslands. We will hike among the dunes and enjoy panoramic views of the Gobi landscape. We will also enjoy a memorable camel-riding experience, meeting local camel-herding families and experiencing traditional life in the Gobi.

After breakfast, we will leave the Gobi and travel toward the Orkhon Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage landscape rich in history and nomadic culture. Upon arrival, we will explore the spectacular Orkhon Waterfall, created by volcanic activity and the Orkhon River. Enjoy a walk around the waterfall and take in the beautiful surrounding valleys and grasslands. The Orkhon Valley is also an important center of Mongolia’s nomadic heritage and history.

After breakfast, we will continue our journey through the beautiful landscapes of Central Mongolia toward Tsenkher Hot Springs. Upon arrival, we will have time to relax in the naturally heated outdoor hot spring pool. Surrounded by mountains and peaceful countryside, the hot springs provide a perfect opportunity to unwind after several days of travel. Enjoy a relaxing evening beneath the wide Mongolian sky.

After breakfast, we will travel through Tsetserleg, the capital of Arkhangai Province, before continuing toward Khorgo Volcano and Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake. We will explore the volcanic landscape around Khorgo and enjoy the spectacular scenery of Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake, one of Mongolia’s most beautiful volcanic lakes. The lake is surrounded by mountains, volcanic formations, and open steppe, creating a dramatic and peaceful landscape.

After breakfast, we will continue our journey toward Telmen Lake, traveling through the vast steppe and Gobi-like landscapes of Zavkhan Province. Upon arrival, we will explore the lakeshore, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and take photographs of this remote saltwater lake surrounded by open wilderness. In the evening, we can enjoy a special outdoor dinner beside the lake while watching the sunset over the beautiful Mongolian landscape.

After breakfast, we will continue west toward Khyargas Lake, one of Mongolia’s great saltwater lakes located in the Great Lakes Depression. We will explore the spectacular lakeshore and visit Khetsuu Khad, a dramatic rocky formation associated with the lake. The remote landscape offers excellent opportunities for photography and wildlife observation. In the evening, relax and enjoy the peaceful wilderness of western Mongolia.

After breakfast, we will continue our journey toward Bayan-Ölgii Province, traveling through the spectacular landscapes of western Mongolia. Upon arrival in Ölgii City, the center of Mongolia’s Kazakh community, we will explore the city and experience the local atmosphere. There will be time to visit local shops and explore traditional Kazakh arts, crafts, and souvenirs.

After breakfast, we will travel into Altai Tavan Bogd National Park, one of the most spectacular wilderness areas in Mongolia. We will explore the beautiful White River Valley, surrounded by rugged Altai Mountains and pristine wilderness. The area offers spectacular scenery, fresh mountain air, and opportunities for hiking and photography. Enjoy the evening surrounded by the remote beauty of western Mongolia.

Today, we will explore the spectacular Potanin Glacier, one of the highlights of Altai Tavan Bogd National Park. We will trek through the dramatic mountain landscape toward the glacier, enjoying panoramic views of snow-covered peaks, valleys, and glacial terrain. This is a rewarding wilderness experience for those who enjoy hiking, photography, and exploring remote mountain environments.

After breakfast, we will return toward Ölgii and visit a traditional Kazakh eagle hunter family.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet the eagle hunter, learn about the ancient tradition of eagle hunting, and see how trained golden eagles are cared for and used in traditional hunting. Guests may also have the opportunity to hold the eagle under the guidance of the family and take photographs. After the visit, we will transfer to Ölgii Airport for our flight back to Ulaanbaatar.
Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and enjoy a relaxing final evening.

You will stay in a good 4-star hotel in Ulaanbaatar. An upgrade is possible on request!
During the excursion in the countryside, you will stay in a Tourist Ger camp, which is a kind of hotel that serves customers with a ger (yurt) instead of a hotel room and is always located at the best viewing spot. It is the most popular accommodation type for a countryside trip in Mongolia and consists of 30–40 yurts, a restaurant and facilities. Most visitors are happy to stay in a ger, which provides an authentic taste of Mongolian culture and adventure, their most enjoyable experience in Mongolia.
During your trip in Mongolia, you will be served mainly European dishes and sometimes authentic Mongolian foods. Lunch and dinner consist of 3–4 courses (soup and/or salad, main course, dessert) and bottled water.
If you require special meals due to religious or medical limitations, or vegetarian food, please inform us so that arrangements can be made in advance.
Car: A good car is an important part of your comfortable trip in Mongolia. There will be a good 4×4 car for this trip based on the number of people in your group.
Road: The asphalted roads are 40% and the unpaved roads are 60%.
During the trip, it takes approximately 2–6 hours of driving (80–280 km) from one destination to the next, depending on road and weather conditions on each driving day. This is not a nonstop drive! We can take frequent short stops along the road for photographs, toilets, stretching and meeting local nomads.
